| 摘 要： | 目的评价依科源牌舒压胶囊对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)降血压的作用。方法将SHR随机分为对照组及舒压胶囊0.15,0.30、0.90 g/kg剂量组,每组10只,另取SD大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和舒压胶囊高剂量组,每组10只,给予胶囊内容物30 d,实验前后及每周测量血压和心率。结果与对照组比较,舒压胶囊高剂量组能显著降低SHR的血压(P<0.01)。结论依科源牌舒压胶囊对SHR有良好的辅助降血压作用。
