| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT和肺功能检查在尘肺诊断及复查等工作中的意义。方法分析2010年厦门市18例尘肺病复查患者的CT和肺功能检查结果,并与原始影像学(X线胸片)诊断结果对比分析。结果尘肺病例的肺功能检查结果与其尘肺分期无明显关系(P>0.01),CT与X线胸片在针对不同结节类型的检查时差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CT无法取代肺部X线片成为尘肺病诊断的标准,但其可以弥补X线片诸多方面的不足,应加强其与X线片的联合应用。

| Abstract: | Objective]To explore the value of CT and pulmonary function test in diagnosis and review of pneumoconiosis. Methods]The reexamination results of CT and pulmonary function of 18 cases of pneumoconiosis were analyzed in 2010,and were compared with original images(X-ray film).
