| 摘 要： | 目的检测血清胱抑素C（Cys C）浓度并与血清肌酐（SCr）相比较,从而探讨Cys C检测在2型糖尿病中的临床意义。方法 2型糖尿病组123例,健康对照组104例,分别测定血清Cys C和SCr浓度,并对2组数据的结果进行比较分析。结果糖尿病组中Cys C、SCr水平明显高于健康对照组（P〈0.01;P〈0.05）;糖尿病组中Cys C阳性率为65.85%,明显高于SCr阳性率（26.83%;P〈0.01）;CysC与SCr均呈明显正相关（r=0.563）。结论血清Cys C在2型糖尿病中有较高的检出率,可作为反映2型糖尿病患者早期肾损害的良好指标。
