摘    要:目的探讨纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)对大鼠淋巴细胞DNA的损伤作用。方法采用不同剂量(0、8、16、32 mg/kg)的纳米TiO2对大鼠进行染毒24 h,通过碱性彗星试验观察淋巴细胞DNA的损伤。结果当剂量达到32 mg/kg时与阴性对照组比铰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米TiO2可导致人鼠淋巴细胞DNA的损伤。

Abstract:Objective]To explore the DNA damage induced by Nano-TiO2 in lymphocytes of rat.Methods]Rats were exposed to different doses of NanoTiO2(0,8,16,32 mg/kg) for 24 hours.DNA damage of lymphocytes was observed with comet assay.Results]There was significant difference of DNA damage compared with the negative controls when the doses of NanoTiO2 was 32 mg/kg(P<0.05).Conclusion]Nano TiO2 could induce DNA damage of lymphocytes of rats.
