| 摘 要： | 蛋白质组学是以双向凝胶电泳、质谱鉴定和生物信息分析三大技术为支撑,从整体生物机体的角度研究生命活动的主要执行者——蛋白质。作为研究胰腺炎的新方法,蛋白质组学在寻找和发现这类疾病新的标志物、进一步了解其发病机制、开发新的药物治疗靶点、预测疾病的转归等方面具有重要意义,也具有广阔的应用前景。
