摘    要:目的探索毒气储罐泄漏事故应急响应功能分区的定量预测方法,为现场处置提供科学依据。方法分析科学组织抢险中功能分区以确定其阈浓度;利用半球扩散模型理论,定量分析应急抢险时功能分区范围。结果以应急行动计划指南(ERPG)为暴露阈值,估算不同功能区范围,采取相应应急措施。结论为科学组织抢险救援提供一种定量方法。
