| 摘 要： | 目的探讨上海市某区尘肺病例的发生状况及特点,为尘肺病的防控提供科学依据。方法对上海市某区疾病预防控制中心2006—2010年度收到的确诊的尘肺病例进行统计分析。结果 2006—2010年该区报告新诊断尘肺56例,以外来农民工为主,40人,占71.43%;尘肺病例种类以电焊工尘肺为主,共27例,占48.21%;尘肺的平均发病年龄(42.57±11.71)岁,平均接尘工龄(11.48±8.86)a。2009年出现尘肺病检出率的高峰,分布较多的行业为机械、设备制造、建材等,工种以电焊工为主。结论为控制尘肺病的发生,该区应重点加强机械等行业电焊工等工种的主动监测和对工人的健康监护。
