白酒中甲醇及杂醇油的毛细管气相色谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立毛细管柱气相色谱测定白酒中甲醇及杂醇油的方法。方法采用FFAP弹性石英毛细管程序升温气相色谱法测定。结果检验白酒中甲醇及杂醇油均有较宽的线性范围(10~100μg/ml)和较好的线性相关(r=0.991 0~0.997 9),重现性较好(RSD=0.3%~4.5%),加标回收率在91.2%~104.5%之间,检出限为0.5~1μg/ml。结论该方法准确、快速、结果,令人满意。

Abstract:[Objective]To develop a new method for determination of methanol and fusel oil in Chinese spirits by capillary gas chromatography. [Methods]The programmed temperature capillary-column gas chromatography with FFAP flexible quartz was applied. [Results]The linear range of methanol and fusel oil was 10~100 μg/ml,and the correlation coefficient(r) ranged from 0.991 0 to 0.997 9.The reproducibility was good(RSD was 0.3%~4.5%).The recovery of standard addition was 91.2%~104.5%,and the Detection Limit was 0.5~1 μg/ml. [Conclusion]The method is accurate and rapid,and the result is satisfactory.
