天津市事业单位2136名工作人员健康检查结果分析

目的了解天津市事业单位工作人员的健康状况,为探讨预防措施提供依据。方法以在天津市胸科医院进行健康检查的事业单位工作人员为研究对象。分析其高血压、高脂血症、高血糖和脂肪肝4种疾病的检出情况。结果在资料完整的2 136人中,4种疾病的检出率由高到低依次为高脂血症、高血压、脂肪肝、高血糖,男性的检出率均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着年龄的增长,4种疾病的检出率也随之升高,高血压、高脂血症、高血糖3种疾病60岁以上年龄组有所下降,4种疾病的年龄组组间差别均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论坚持定期健康检查、必要的药物治疗、养成良好的饮食习惯、加强体育锻炼是减少家庭和社会损失的重要措施。
