静脉自控镇痛对术后产妇身心的影响

目的观察剖宫产术后应用静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）对产妇身心的影响。方法选择剖宫产产妇278例,按数字随机法分为观察组和对照组,每组各139例。观察组应用PCIA,对照组应用传统镇痛,比较两组产妇术后疼痛情况、第1次排气时间、第1次排尿时间、产后阴道出血、泌乳始动时间。结果观察组产妇术后疼痛明显减轻,无例剧烈疼痛,对照组有10例剧烈疼痛,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。第1次排气时间：观察组为（18.79±7.96）h,对照组为（23.65±8.01）h;第1次排尿时间：观察组为（4.08±1.78）h,对照组为（6.51±1.59）h,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。产后阴道出血、泌乳始动时间,两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论剖宫产术后应用PCIA,镇痛效果确切,有利于产妇身心恢复。
