卡孕栓联合催产素预防剖宫产产后出血的临床观察

目的观察卡孕栓联合催产素用于剖宫产预防产后出血的临床疗效。方法观察河北省保定市清苑县人民医院2010年1—10月剖宫产180例,随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组90例用卡孕栓联合催产素预防产后出血;对照组90例单独用催产素预防产后出血,两组进行比较术中、术后2、24 h的出血量。结果观察组剖宫产术中和术后2、24h出血量均明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0.01）;观察组和对照组产后出血率分别为3.33%和18.9%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=11.025,P〈0.01）。结论卡孕栓联合催产素预防剖宫产产后出血优于单独用催产素预防产后出血,并减少不良反应发生。
