530例糖尿病患者对选择、穿着合适鞋袜知识了解状况的调查分析

目的　评价糖尿病患者对选择、穿着合适鞋袜知识的了解状况。方法　采用自行设计的调查评价研究表对5 30例糖尿病患者选择、穿着合适鞋袜知识进行调查、评价。结果　有1 / 3以上的糖尿病患者对选择、穿着合适鞋子的知识,如鞋的款式、面料、尺码、鞋带的要求、购鞋时间、新鞋的试穿等知识了解不足;1 / 3以上的糖尿病患者缺乏选择、穿着合适袜子的相关知识。结论　在糖尿病教育中要重视糖尿病足的预防护理教育,增强患者对足部的保护意识,加大对糖尿病患者在足部护理中对选择、穿着合适鞋袜知识的教育指导力度,以减少糖尿病足的发生。

Study on the knowledge of choosing proper shoes and sock wears on 530 patients with diabetes

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the knowledge of choosing proper shoes and sock wears of the patients with diabetes. Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to make a survey and evaluation on the knowledge of choosing proper shoes and sock wears in 530 diabetic patients. Results More than 30% of diabetic patients were lack of the knowledge of choosing proper shoes and sock wears in preventing diabetic foot, such as the style, cloth, size, shoes belts, shopping time and try-on of new shoes. Conclusions Medical staff should pay more attention to the education of preventing diabetic foot, especially the knowledge of foot care, and make main direction for choosing proper shoes and sock wears in preventing diabetic foot, so that the diabetic foot will be decreased effectively.
