个体化营养管理在肿瘤放疗患者中的作用

目的探讨个体化营养管理在肿瘤放疗患者中的应用价值。方法按照信封法将2017年1月—2018年12月期间在该院接受放疗治疗的肿瘤患者80例分为两组,40例对照组患者行常规饮食指导,40例观察组患者行个体化营养管理,对比两组的干预效果。结果观察组管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(11.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化营养管理应用于肿瘤放疗患者中,可发挥积极作用,具有推广价值。

The Role of Personalized Nutrition Management in Patients with Tumor Radiotherapy

Objective To explore the application value of individualized nutrition management in patients with tumor radiotherapy.Methods According to the envelope method,80 patients with tumor receiving radiation therapy in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups,40 patients in the control group received routine dietary guidance,and 40 patients in the observation group received personalized nutrition management.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events(2.5%)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(11.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group The total score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutrition management in patients with tumor radiotherapy can play a positive role and has promotion value.
