安全管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值

目的探讨安全管理在儿科护理管理中的应用价值。方法该组研究纳入在该院儿科收治的100例患儿,病例资料选取时间从2018年3月—2019年3月,将所有患儿按照随机数字表法分成两组。对照组50例患儿实施常规护理,而研究组50例患儿实施安全管理,对比两组的护理纠纷发生率和患儿家长的护理满意度。结果研究组患儿的护理纠纷发生率为2.00%,明显低于对照组的发生率14.00%(χ^2=4.891,P=0.026<0.05)。研究组患儿家长的护理满意度为98.00%,明显高于对照组(84.00%),组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.982,P=0.014<0.05)。结论安全管理应用于儿科护理管理中有助于降低护理纠纷发生率,提高患儿家长的护理满意度,值得在临床上进行深入研究和推广。

Application Value of Safety Management in Pediatric Nursing Management

Objective To explore the application value of safety management in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 100 children admitted to the pediatric department of the hospital were included in this study.The case data were selected from March 2018 to March 2019.All children were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.5 children in the control group were given routine nursing care,while 50 children in the study group were given safety management.The incidence of nursing disputes and the nursing satisfaction of the parents of the children were compared.Results The incidence of nursing disputes among children in the study group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than the incidence of 14.00%in the control group(χ^2=4.891,P=0.026<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the parents of children in the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%).The differece between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.982,P=0.014<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety management in pediatric nursing management can help reduce the incidence of nursing disputes and improve the nursing satisfaction of children's parents.It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and promotion.
