支援湖北抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护理人员的心理弹性调查及影响因素分析

目的了解支援湖北抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护士的心理弹性水平,探讨影响因素。方法选取63名支援湖北抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的一线护理人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查护士基本情况以及Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评价情况。结果参与调查的63名护士的CD-RISC总分为(76.21±13.06)分,其中乐观性维度平均(11.95±1.86)分、坚韧性维度平均(38.87±7.99)分、力量维度平均(25.38±4.14)分。本科及以上学历的护士CD-RISC力量维度得分高于本科以下学历护士(P<0.05);已婚护士CD-RISC坚韧性维度得分高于未婚护士(P<0.05)。年龄、有无救援经历是支援湖北护士心理弹性水平的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论支援湖北抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情一线护士呈年轻化趋势,其心理弹性处于较低水平。高学历和和谐的婚姻家庭关系在心理弹性的力量性和坚韧性方面发挥积极作用。管理者应重视心理和救援培训以及优质卫生应急人力资源库的建立,从而更好地应对此类突发事件。

Investigation on psychological resilience of front-line nurses who participated in prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hubei Province and related influencing factors

Objective To investigate the psychological resilience of front-line nurses who participated in prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hubei Province,and analyze related influencing factors.Methods A total of 63 front-line nurses who participated in prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hubei Province were investigated by a self-made general information questionnaire,Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results The total score of CD-RISC was(76.21±13.06),and dimension score of optimism,toughness,competency was(11.95±1.86),(38.87±7.99)and(25.38±4.14),respectively.The dimension score of competency in nurses with bachelor degree or higher educational level was higher than that in nurses with a lower educational level(P<0.05).The dimension score of toughness in married nurses was higher than that in unmarried nurses(P<0.05).The age and rescue experience of fieldwork were independent factors of psychological resilience of front-line nurses who participated in prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hubei Province.Conclusion The psychological resilience of front-line nurses who participated in prevention and control of COVID-19 in Hubei Province was relatively low.High education level and a harmonious marriage and family relationship play an active role on strength and tenacity of psychological resilience.Managers at all levels should pay attention to psychological resilience,rescue training and the establishment of high-quality health emergency human resources database,so as to better respond to such incidents.
