针灸康复科中医护理临床教学路径实际效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨针灸康复科中医护理临床教学路径实际效果。方法纳入2016年2月—2017年2月100名针灸康复科中医护理教学护理实习生以数字表法分组。传统模式组采用传统的护理教学方法,临床教学路径组采用临床教学路径法。比较针灸康复科中医护理带教老师对护理实习生出科时的中医理论考试成绩、中医操作考试评分、综合能力评分;护理实习生对教学模式的满意度。结果临床教学路径组针灸康复科中医护理带教老师对护理实习生出科时的中医理论考试成绩、中医操作考试评分、综合能力评分高于传统模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床教学路径组护理实习生对教学模式的满意度高于传统模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸康复科中医护理教学中临床教学路径法的运用效果确切,可提升护理实习生的满意度,提高护理实习生对针灸康复科中医护理理论和操作的掌握度和临床综合能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the actual effect of clinical teaching pathways of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in acupuncture rehabilitation department.Methods A total of 100 nursing internships in TCM nursing teaching in acupuncture rehabilitation department from February 2016 to February 2017 were enrolled and grouped by digital table.The traditional model group adopted the traditional nursing teaching method,and the clinical teaching path group adopted the clinical teaching path method.The acupuncture rehabilitation Chinese medicine nursing instructors compared the scores of TCM theoretical exams,TCM operation exam scores,and comprehensive ability scores of nursing interns when they were discharged;the nursing interns'satisfaction with the teaching model.Results The clinical teaching path group acupuncture rehabilitation Chinese medicine nursing instructor instructed the nursing practitioners on the TCM theoretical test scores,TCM operation test scores and comprehensive ability scores higher than the traditional model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);clinical teaching path group nursing practice The students'satisfaction with the teaching mode was higher than that of the traditional mode group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the clinical teaching path method in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in acupuncture rehabilitation department is accurate,which can improve the satisfaction of nursing interns,improve the mastery of nursing practitioners in the theory and operation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and comprehensive clinical ability.
