PBL教学法在临床儿科护理带教中的开展价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在临床儿科护理带教中的开展价值。方法选取2018年1—12月在该院实习的60名儿科护理实习生为研究目标,运用区组的随机数字表按照1:1的比例分为对照组和观察组。对照组实施传统带教模式,观察组采用PBL教学法,对两组护理实习生综合能力考核结果、护理中不规范事件的发生情况以及护生及教师对于带教效果的满意度进行对比。结果观察组综合能力的考核结果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理操作无章法、不规范操作及其他行为的发生情况均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习护士和带教老师的总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床儿科护理带教中采用PBL教学法其效果较为显著,可以提高护理实习生综合能力的水平,降低不规范操作的发生率,进而提高护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of PBL teaching method in clinical pediatric nursing teaching.Methods Sixty pediatric nursing interns who had interned in the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research target.Random numbers in the block group were used to divide the control group and observation group according to 1:1 ratio.The control group implemented the traditional teaching mode,and the observation group used the PBL teaching method to compare the results of the comprehensive ability assessment of nursing interns,the occurrence of irregular events in nursing,and the satisfaction of nursing students and teachers with the teaching effect.Results The results of the assessment of the comprehensive ability of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);the occurrence of careless procedures,irregular operations and other behaviors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the intern nurses and teaching teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL teaching method in clinical pediatric nursing teaching has a significant effect,which can improve the level of comprehensive ability of nursing interns,reduce the incidence of irregular operations,and then improve the satisfaction of nursing work.
