3种外用药物预防静脉留置针输注营养液所致静脉炎的效果观察

目的对比3种不同外用药物对经外周静脉留置针输注营养液致静脉炎的预防效果。方法将应用静脉留置针且输注同比例静脉营养液的129位患者随机分成3组:维生素E乳膏组(n=44)、芝麻油组(n=43)、赛肤润组(n=42)。输液第一天开始,3组均在输液前在敷贴上方沿静脉走向外用相应药物,3次/d,直至拔除留置针。记录各组患者静脉炎发生率、留置针留置时间、静脉炎范围、疼痛分值。结果静脉炎发生率比较,维生素E乳膏组、芝麻油组较赛肤润组低(P<0.01)。疼痛分值比较,维生素E乳膏组、芝麻油组较赛肤润组低(P<0.01)。留置时间比较,维生素E乳膏组、芝麻油组较赛肤润组长(P<0.01)。结论芝麻油、维生素E乳膏可有效预防输注营养液所致静脉留置针静脉炎,尤其是芝麻油,具有经济成本低的优点,值得临床借鉴。

Clinical effect of three topical drugs in preventing phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of the nutrient solution

Objective To compare the preventive effects of three topical drugs on phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of the nutrient solution through a peripheral vein indwelling needle.Methods A total of 129 patients who received peripheral intravenous catheter placement for the intravenous infusion of the nutrient solution were randomly divided into three groups:vitamin E ointment group(n=44),sesame oil group(n=44)and Sanyrene group(n=42).All three groups received the corresponding topical drugs along the peripheral veins to the top of the dressing,and the topical drugs were administrated 3 times a day until the indwelling needle was removed.The incidence of phlebitis,indwelling time of indwelling needles and pain scores were recorded in each group.Results The incidence of phlebitis in Sanyrene group was higher than that in sesame oil group and vitamin E ointment group(P<0.01).The pain score in Sanyrene group was higher than that in sesame oil group and vitamin E ointment group(P<0.01).The indwelling time in Sanyrene group was shorter than that in sesame oil group and vitamin E ointment group(P<0.01).Conclusion The sesame oil and vitamin E ointment can effectively prevent phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of the nutrient solution.Sesame oil is an economical drug in tropical treatment and worthy of clinical application.
