PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨PCMC与PBL联合教学模式在呼吸内科护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择该院2018年1-12月呼吸内科护理实习生共60人,根据随机数字表法进行分组,观察组(n=30)采取PCMC与PBL联合教学模式,对照组(n=30)实施传统护理带教方式,比较两组实习生的综合能力(出科理论考试、病例分析测试、操作技能考试成绩、综合评分)、护理带教教学质量(基本工作职责及流程掌握、护理要点掌握、配合熟练度、风险意识、职业防护意识)、教学后的趣味性评分(学习兴趣、知识接受情况、注意力吸引)。结果①观察组出科理论考试、病例分析测试、操作技能考试成绩、综合评分明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②观察组护理带教教学质量评分明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组教学后的趣味性评分明显高于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸内科护理带教采用PCMC与PBL联合教学模式,可以有效地提高学生的学习积极性,有利于提高学生的学习成绩,有利于提升教学的质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the combined teaching model of PCMC and PBL in nursing teaching in respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 60 nursing internships in respiratory medicine were selected from January to December 2018 in the hospital.They were grouped according to the random number table method.The observation group(n=30)adopted the combined teaching mode of PCMC and PBL,and the control group(n=30)implemented the traditional nursing teaching method,compare the comprehensive abilities of the two groups of interns(examination theory examination,case analysis test,operation skills test scores,comprehensive scoring),nursing teaching quality(basic job duties and process control,nursing points mastery,proficiency,risk awareness,occupational protection awareness),and fun scoring after teaching(learning interest,knowledge acceptance,and attention).Results 1.The observation group's theoretical examination,case analysis test,operational skills test scores,and comprehensive scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The quality of nursing teaching in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The interestingness score of the observation group after teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of PCMC and PBL for the teaching of respiratory medicine nursing can effectively improve students'learning enthusiasm,help to improve students'academic performance,and improve the quality of teaching.
