“六步标准沟通流程”在脑梗死患者健康教育中的应用

目的探讨“六步标准沟通流程”在脑梗死患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法110例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。在综合治疗的基础上,对照组接受常规健康教育,观察组实施基于“六步标准沟通流程”的健康教育。采用自制量表评价2组患者健康知识的掌握情况和康复积极性。结果观察组在疾病医学知识、康复训练知识、用药知识等健康知识方面的得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组对康复教育中的需求程度、配合程度、依从程度等方面的康复积极性均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通过“六步标准沟通流程”的实践,增加了脑梗死患者健康知识的掌握程度,有效提高患者健康教育的效果、复积极性。

The CICARE six-step communication improvement program in health education for patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To evaluate the CICARE six-step communication improvement program in health education for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Totally 110 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.All patients received comprehensive treatment and rehabilitation care.Patients in the control group received routine health education,and those in the observation group received health education based on CICARE six-step communication improvement program.A self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the patients'disease-related knowledge and compliance with rehabilitation.Results Patients in the observation group achieved higher scores for knowledge assessment about disease,rehabilitation,drugs and other issues compared with those in the control groups(P<0.01).In terms of compliance with rehabilitation,scores for degrees of rehabilitation needs,cooperation,compliance and other issues in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The health education based on a CICARE six-step communication improvement program is effective to enhance the knowledge level of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve their compliance with rehabilitation.
