摘    要:随着我国卫生医疗体制改革的不断推进,医疗服务市场竞争日趋激烈。医院的竞争归根结底是人才的竞争,公立医院如何引进和留住人才,从人力资源管理层面而言,需要创新人力资源管理模式,提高医院的核心竞争力。

Abstract:With the continuous advancement of China's health care system reform,competition in the medical service market is becoming increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,the competition of hospitals is the competition of talents.From the perspective of human resources management,how to introduce and retain talents in public hospitals needs to innovate the mode of human resources management to improve the hospital's core competitiveness.
