社会支持与老年心血管疾病患者情绪障碍关系的探讨

目的：研究社会支持与老年心血管疾病患心理健康状况之间的关系，为治疗，康复，保健及病人教育提供科学的依据。方法：以连续取样的方法，选择住我院老年心血管病科的离休老人103例，采用症状自评量表（SCL－90），选用其躯体化，抑郁，焦虑3个分量表和社会支持评定量表（SSRS），对其进行心理健康水平测查及社会支持调查。结果：住院老年心血管患情绪障碍得分与常模比较，其躯体化症状，焦虑，抑郁程度均高于常模，社会支持情况与其心理健康呈负相关，社会支持总分及主观社会支持与躯体化症状相关较高，主观社会支持及客观社会支持与焦虑得分相关较高。结论：重视提供精神卫生服务，进行有关的医学知识教育，护士在帮助患获得社会支持增进心理健康中有重要作用。

Relationship between Social Support and Emotional Disorder in Geriatric Patients with Cardiovascular Disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between social support and emotional disorderin geriatric patients with cardiovascular disease so as to provide scientific evidence for treatment,rehabilitation,health care and patient education. Methods 103 elderly patients with cardiovasculardisease were tested with SCL-90 and SSRS. Results The scores of SCL-90 of the patients werehigher than those of norm. A Significant correlation was observed between social support andmental health states. The patients with poorer social support presented more psychologicalsymptoms and lower level of mental health. Conclusion It is important to pay more attention topsychological nursing care and give appropriate medical knowledge education among thesepatients. The nurse plays an important role in helping patients acquire social support and improvemental health.
