乳腺占位性病变的超声图像特点

目的：分析乳腺占位性病变的超声图像特点，探讨高频黑白超声对乳腺占位性病变诊断的价值。方法：对我院2001年～2003年住院收治的230例乳腺占位性病变患者使用高频超声检查的结果进行回顾性分析，并与病理结果对比研究。结果：184例乳腺良性占位性病变与46例恶性占位性病变的B超诊断与术后病理结论符合率分别为94．5％、91．3％。结论：普通高频超声对乳腺良恶性占位性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要价值，而且经济实惠、对人体无创伤。诊断的准确率取决于检查者的技术、经验及责任心。超声检查可以作为乳腺占位性病变诊断的手段之一。不同性质的乳腺占位性病变具有不同的超声图象特点。

The Imaging Features of High Frequency Ultrasonography in Breast Masses

Objective:To study the role of high frequency ultrasonography in diagnosing breast masses.Methods:The ultrasonographic results of 230 cases of breast masses were retrospectively analyzed and compared with postoperative pathological diagnosis.Results:The ultrasonographic diagnosis were consistent with postoperative pathological diagnosis in 94.5% and 91.3% respectively of the 184 benign and 46 malignant breast tumors.Conclusion:High freqneny ultrasonographic examination is of value in the diagnosis of breast masses.It is economical,convenient to use and non-invasive to patients.The accuracy of diagnosis relies on the carefullness and skills of the examiners.
