| 摘 要： | 为应对军事斗争卫勤准备和国内外突发事件,加速医院机动卫勤分队建设,本文提出军队医院应明确目标,确立“跨越式”发展的思路,精选人员,加大战备设施投入,切实打牢分队建设基础;按纲施训,正确处理工训矛盾,抓住关键环节提高训练质量,以实战检验训练效果;加强军事医学科学研究,全面提高卫勤保障能力。

| Abstract: | To enhance rapid response ability to cope with sudden event,the article proposes that hospital should establish the principle of "development with span model" to achieve the object,choose right personnel and improve equipment inputs for combat readiness to construct the base of team,train the team and deal with the conflict between the training and the work to improve the quality of training,enhance military medical research to improve medical support ability. |
