伏格列波糖片与阿卡波糖片治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及副作用比较

目的比较伏格列波糖片与阿卡波糖片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效及副作用。方法90例2型糖尿病患者，分成华怡平组和拜唐苹组。华怡平组采用伏格列波糖片治疗；拜唐苹组采用阿卡波糖片治疗。结果治疗后，两组餐后2h血糖、HbA1c等指标低于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组血糖、HbA1c等指标组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。华怡平组副作用发生病例少于拜唐苹组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组均未见严重不良反应事件。结论伏格列波糖片与阿卡波糖片均能有效地控制糖尿病，降低并发症，但伏格列波糖片副作用相对较少。

Comparison of efficacy and side effect between Voglibose tablets and Acarbose tablets in treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective Comparison of the clinical efficacy and side effects between Voglibose tablets and Acarbose Tablets treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Ninty patients with type 2 diabetes divided into Hua-Yi-Ping group and Bai-Tang-Ping group.Hua-Yi-Ping group:Voglibose tablets treatment.Bai-Tang-Ping group: Acarbose Tablets.Results After treatment,2h postprandial plasma glucose,HbAlc lower than which before treatment of two groups,the difference was significant(P < 0.01).Postprandial plasma glucose,HbAlc which were comparison between two groups,no significant difference(P > 0.05).Side effects occurring case of Hua-Yi-Ping group less than Bai-Tang-Ping group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05).In two groups,no serious adverse events.Conclusion Voglibose tablets and Acarbose tablets can effectively control diabetes,reduce the risk of complications.However,voglibose tablets less side effect.
