| 摘 要： | 目的探索提升实习医师自我认知水平的职业规划课程实施方法。方法从物质自我评估、精神自我评估、社会自我评估、工作能力评估方面深入分析实习医师自我认知不足的现状,运用RBL教学法构建职业规划课程体系。结果实施职业规划课程后实习医师职业规划课程成绩均明显高于实施前（P〈0.01）,实习医师自我认知水平均明显高于实施前（P〈0.01）。结论运用RBL教学法实施职业规划课程可以显著提升实习医师的自我认知水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the implementation methods of career planning curriculum to enhance the self-perception level of interns.Methods To analyze the current self-cognitive level of interns through the self-assessments from aspects of material,spirit,society and working capability.A career planning course system was built by the RBL teaching method.Results The grades of interns received career planning course were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.01),and also the self-perception of interns after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of RBL teaching method in career planning programs can significantly enhance the interns’ level of self-awareness. |
