半导体激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术治疗难治性青光眼

摘    要:临床上有些青光眼难以应用传统手术和药物来解决,睫状体破坏性手术对于难治性青光眼,尤其是晚期青光眼是一种最佳的治疗方法。目前半导体二极管激光经巩膜睫状体光凝术已成为一种广泛的睫状体破坏术手术方法,用来治疗难治性青光眼,疗效显著,并发症少,而且价格低、体积小、便于携带、操作简单。现就其适应证、作用机制、能量参数、临床疗效、并发症以及发展前景予以综述。

Abstract:Some cases of glaucoma are refractory to conventional medical or surgical therapy.Ciliary body destructive surgery is an optimal treatment for the refractory glaucoma,especially the advanced glaucoma.Transscleral diode laser cyclophotocoagulation has now become the method in extensive use,the advantages are significant effect,less complications,lower price,smaller volume,easy to carry,and easy operation.Here is to make a review on its indications,mechanisms,energy parameters,therapeutic effect,complications and development prospect.
