异甘草酸镁联合前列地尔对慢性重型乙型肝炎早期干预的疗效观察

目的观察异甘草酸镁针联合前列地尔对慢性乙型重型肝炎早期干预的疗效。方法回顾性分析74例住院患者，所有患者均予以拉米夫定片抗病毒、还原型谷胱甘肽、促肝细胞生长素、血浆、人血白蛋白等治疗；治疗组（40例）加用异甘草酸镁＋前列地尔，对照组（34例）加用复方甘草酸苷＋门冬氨酸钾镁；观察两组治疗前后血清天门冬氨酸氨基转换酶（AST）、总胆红素（TBil）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、白蛋白（Alb）及生存率等的变化。结果治疗组的生存率、TBil及肼下降、Alb的上升明显优于对照组。结论异甘草酸镁针联合前列地尔在慢性乙型重症肝炎的治疗中有较好的疗效。

Efficacy of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and Lipo PGE1 treatment on chronic severe hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and Lipo PGE1 treatment on patients with early stage of chronic severe hepatitis B.Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with chronic severe hepatitis B were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were given lamivudine,reduced glutathione,hepatocyte growth-promoting factors,plasma and human serum albumin,etc.Except for those therapies,patients of treatment group(40 cases) were given Magnesium isoglycyrrhetate and Lipo prostaglandin E1(Lipo PGE1),patients of control group(34 cases) were given Potassium magnesium aspartate and compound glycyrrhizin injection.The glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),prothrombin time(PT),albumin(Alb) and survival rate were observed.Results Treatment group was better than control group in the decline of TBil and PT,the rise of Alb and survival rate.Conclusion Magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate and Lipo PGE1 is effective for treatment of chronic severe hepatitis B.
