Nd:YAG激光治疗眼前段疾病的回顾分析

摘    要:目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗眼前段疾病的疗效及并发症的防治。方法应用Nd:YAG激光行后囊膜切开术、周边虹膜切开术、人工晶体前膜切开术、前段玻璃体条索切断术等386例421眼,采用回顾性病例研究的方法,总结疗效及并发症等情况。结果 Nd:YAG激光行后囊膜切开术,术后1周所有患者视力有不同程度的提高;晶状体后囊皱褶切开术,术后视力提高1-3行;周边虹膜切开术,一次虹膜击穿着56眼(91.80%),12眼(19.67%)眼压一过性升高;人工晶体前膜切开术,13眼术后视力皆提高2行以上;前段玻璃体条索切断术,14眼(87.5%)瞳孔恢复正圆形或近正圆形。结论 Nd:YAG激光操作简单,疗效好,是眼前段疾病的主要治疗手段。手术医生在熟悉机器性能、熟练掌握激光技能的基础上,应该不断总结经验,减少并发症的发生。

Retrospective analysis of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of anterior segment ocular diseases

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser treatment for anterior segment ocular diseases.Methods A total of 386 patients(421 eyes) treated with Nd:YAG laser for posterior capsulotomy,peripheral iridotomy,intraocular lens anterior membrane formation removal and anterior vitreous fiber cord resection were analyzed retrospectively.Results Instant success rate of Nd:YAG laser posterior capsulotomy was good and all patients’ visual acuity improved with varying degrees after 1 week.Perforating rate for the first time laser peripheral iridotomy was 91.80% and 19.67% with transient high introcular pressure.Visual acuity also improved significantly after Nd: YAG laser removal of vitreous fiber cord in the anterior chamber which formed after cataract phacomulsification and introcular lens implantation.In 87.5% cases,pupil discoria recovered after anterior vitreous fiber cord resection.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser is a simple and efficative treatment for various anterior segment disease and merit further review.
