| 摘 要： | 丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)是病毒性肝炎的非特异性指标,病理因素和非病理因素均可使ALT值异常升高,ALT检测结果超标是国内采供血机构血液报废的主要原因。目前GB-18467-2001《献血者健康检查要求》规定的ALT上限是否适合国内新时期献血人群值得探讨,开展对ALT参考值的调查,分析ALT不合格的影响因素,对于ALT标准的修订、血源的保护以及指导血液机构采供血工作均具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)is nonspecific index of viral hepatitis.Both pathological factors and physiological factors can cause abnormal ALT value increase.Out-of-standard ALT test results is the main cause of blood rejection for blood institutions in China.At present,whether the GB-18467-2001 provisions to blood donors for ALT screening as upper limit of ALT is suitable for the new period in China needs to be discussed.Research on ALT reference value and analysis on the influence factors of unqualified ALT all have great significance for the revision of ALT standard,the protection of blood source and guiding the work in blood institutions. |
