乳房按摩护理对母乳喂养效果的影响

目的探讨乳房按摩护理对母乳喂养的影响。方法176例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组常规护理加上乳房按摩护理，对照组仅常规护理，观察并记录两组产妇初始泌乳时间、纯母乳喂养情况．并对数据进行统计分析。结果观察组48h内泌乳率为76．3％、纯母乳喂养率87．0％，明显高于对照组51．8％、54．0％。结论乳房按摩能减少产妇在母乳喂养过程中所碰到的各种问题，保证产妇早泌乳，多泌乳、提高纯母乳喂养率，对促进新生儿健康成长有重要意义。

Breast massage care on breast feeding effect research

Objective To explore the nursing breast massage effect on breast feeding.Methods Set up the observation group and the control group,observation group received routine care plus breast massage care,the control group only routine nursing,observated and recorded of two set the initial time of lactation,maternal breast-feeding,and statistical analysis of data.Results The observation group 48 h milking rate was 76.3%,exclusive breastfeeding rate was 87%,significantly higher than that in control group 51.8%,54.0%.Conclusion Breast massage can reduce maternal breastfeeding problems,ensure the early lactation of parturients,milk and more,raise breast-feeding rate,promote healthy development has important significance in neonates.
