| 摘 要： | 目的建立佛手散中阿魏酸的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法以Platisil ODS(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸(40:60)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为室温,检测波长316nm,进样量10μL。结果佛手散中阿魏酸在1.36~108.80μg/mL范围内与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD为2.27%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于佛手散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of the contents of Ferulic acid in FoShou powders by HPLC.Methods This assay was performed on Platisil ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column with acetonitrile-0.5% ice acetic acid(40:60) as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.And the detection wavelength was 316nm.The column temperature was room temperature.The injection volume was 10μL.Results Ferulic acid in FoShou powders had good linearity within the range of 1.36-108.80μg/mL.And the mean recovery rates were 100.13%,with RSD of 2.27%(n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used in evaluate the quality of FoShou powders. |
