丁咯地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变35例疗效观察

目的探讨丁咯地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选择2009年6月-2010年6月我院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者70例，按随机数字表法分为观察组（丁咯地尔联合甲钴胺）和对照组（甲钴胺）各35例，比较两组的疗效及神经传导速度的变化情况。结果两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），两组治疗后神经传导速度均较治疗前明显提高，且观察组较对照组改善更明显（P〈0．05）。结论丁咯地尔联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切，能明显提高神经传导速度，改善患者的临床症状，值得临床推广应用。

The Buflomedil jointly Methycobal treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate efficacy of buflomedil joint methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods All 70 cases patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were divided into two groups by random number table from June 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital,each group had 35 cases,the efficacy and nerve conduction velocity the changes were compared.Results The difference of total efficiency was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,nerve spread speed was significantly improved than before treatment,and the observation group improved more significantly than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The buflomedil joint methylcobalamin on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is effective,can significantly improve neural spread speed,improve the patient’s clinical symptoms,and it is worthy of clinical application.
