摘    要:目的 了解某陶瓷企业粉尘对工人肺功能的影响,为尘肺防治提供科学依据。方法对147例陶瓷生产工人和50名对照组分别进行肺功能测定。结果 肺通气功能测定显示暴露工龄5a~组和10a~组VC、FVC、PEF、FEF 75%明显低于对照组,10a~组FEV,低于其他3组,暴露组FEF25-75、FEF25%。明显低于对照组。暴露组肺通气功能和小气道通气功能异常率高于对照组,其中10a~组与对照组的差异有统计学意义。结论 粉尘对该企业接尘工人的肺功能有危害,且随着工龄增加损伤程度加重。

Abstract: Objective] To learn the influence of dust on the pulmonary function of the dust-exposed workers in a ceramic enterprise and provide scientific evidence for the pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment. Methods] Pulmonary function test was conducted on 147 dust- exposed workers and 50 workers as the control. Results] The pulmonary function detection showed that the VC, FVC, PEF and FEF of 75% of the dust-exposed workers who had been exposed to dust for over 5 years and 10 years were significantly lower than that of the control; FEV1 of the 10-year group was lower than that of the other three groups, 25% of FEF 25 - 75 in the exposure group was significantly lower than that of the control ; the abnormal rate of lung ventilation function and the small respiratory tract function of the exposure group was higher than that of the control, among which the difference was significant between the 10- year group and the control. Conclusion] Dust is proved to have hazardous effect on the pulmonary function of the dust-exposed workers and the damage increases with the length of service.
