| 摘 要： | 全球HIV新发感染的形势依然严峻，男男性行为人群是HIV感染的高危人群。传统的行为干预策略未能有效遏制艾滋病的流行，当前迫切需要新的预防策略来控制艾滋病的传播。作为一种新型生物干预策略，暴露前预防（PrEP）在一定程度上可以降低男男性行为人群HIV感染的风险。此文就抗逆转录病毒治疗用于男男性行为人群HIV暴露前预防的现况、知晓情况、可接受性及存在的问题作一综述。

| Abstract: | New HIV infection cases arc worldwide increasing,and men who have sex with men （MSM） are at substantial risk for HIV infection. In the context of less optimistic traditional intervention strategies, new approaches to HIV prevention are urgently needed. As a new biomedical intervention strategy, pre-exposure prophylaxis （PREP） has partly reduced the risk of HIV infection among MSM. The present situation, awareness rate, acceptance and problems of PrEP in MSM are reviewed in this paper. |
