深圳市华支睾吸虫感染现状的调查

摘    要:目的 了解深圳市淡水鱼及人群华支睾吸虫的感染现状,分析其流行病学特征,为制订深圳市肝吸虫病防治对策提供科学依据。方法 抽检深圳市各区水产品15个品种257份样品,用消化法筛查淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴;收集3088份人群血清标本,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清中特异性抗体;描速流行病学分析人群华支睾吸虫感染的血清流行病学特征。结果 淡水鱼样品中检出含华支睾吸虫囊蚴45份,检出率为17.50%。在所抽检的15个品种中检出率较高的鱼种依次为鲩鱼40.74%、鲮鱼26.O%、鲤鱼22.5%、大头鱼22.85%、生鱼16.6%、非洲鲫鱼14.5%;深圳5个区淡水鱼的感染率由高到低是龙岗、宝安、南山、罗湖和福田,分别为26.0%、17.9%、15.0%、14.0%和14.0%;检测3088份血清标本,特异性抗体阳性标本105份,总阳性率3.40%;男性阳性率为3.26%,女性为3.93%;20-29岁、30,39岁、40-49岁与50-81岁各年龄段人群的阳性率分别1.16%、2.44%、4.75%和7.67%。结论 深圳市淡水鱼中华支睾吸虫的感染情况严重,尤其是鲩鱼的感染率较高;人群血清抗体阳性率有随年龄增高而上升的趋势,总阳性率与广东省平均感染水平相比较低。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the infectious status of Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae in freshwater fish in Shenzhen area, analyze its prevalent features and provide scientific basis for making effective control measures in Shenzhen area. Methods Freshwater fishes from Nanshan Distict, Futian, Yantian, Luohu, Baoan and Longgang were selectively detected for Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae with digestion method. 3088 human serum samples was determined for specific antibody by ELISA. Results The encysted Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae were detected from muscles of freshwater fish with a positive rate of 17.50% (from 26.0% to 14.0%). The situation of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria infection in freshwater fishes was most serious in Longgang District and less serious in Luohu District. The infection rate in Campo was highest in all 16 kinds of fish tested. The total antibody positive rate was 3%, and the positive rate was increased along with the increase of age. Conclusion The situation of Clonorchis sinensis infection in freshwater fish and humans was serious effective control measures be taken.
