直肠癌术前腔内超声分期

目的：通过直肠癌术前腔内超声分期与术后病理分期比较，评价直肠腔内超声检查对直肠癌术前分期的价值。方法：腔内超声探头插入后，装备7－MHz换能器．缓慢地退出探头，仔细检查肿瘤和直肠周围淋巴结。结果：56例直肠癌术前腔内超声分期与术后病理分期（Astler－coller分期）A、B、C期的符合本分别为100％、89％、82％。结论：腔内超声能分辨直肠壁各层结构，并判断直肠壁浸润的深度和程度，准确率达80％以上，具有方法简便、迅速、天创伤、费用低廉等优点，可作为直肠癌术前分期的常规手段。

Intrarectal Ultrasonograph for Preoperative Staging in Rectal Cancer

Purpose: To evaluate the value of intrarectal ultrasonograph for preoperative staging in rectal cancer by comparison of intrarectal ultrasonograph preoperative staging and postoperative pathological staging in rectal cancer. Methods: After insertion of the intrarectal ultrasonograph probe, which was equiped with 7-MHz transducer in the rectum, probe withdrawn slowely in order to ex-amine perirectal lymph nodes clearly. Results: Comparing with the postoperative pethological staging, the consistent rate of intrarectal ultrasonograph preoperative staging in 56 cases, was 100%, 89%, 82% for stage A, B, C respectively. Conclusions, Intrarectal ultrasonograph colud dissolve each layer of the rectal wall construction and judge the depth and degree of rectal wall invasion. Its accuracy rate is over 80%. It has many advantages, such as simple methology, no invasion, quick performation and economic. It can be routinely used in the preoprative staging in rectal cancer.
