高海拔地区新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床病理与CT分析

 目的探讨高海拔地区新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)的CT表现与临床特点,以进一步提高对该地区HIE的认识.方法对我院7年来所做的598例西宁及其附近高海拔地区新生儿的头颅CT结合临床表现及病理特点进行回顾性分析.结果高海拔地区患儿在寒冷或有轻度窒息时,即可失代偿而诱发HIE.病理主要表现为脑水肿、脑组织坏死及出血3种形式.结论主要病因与文献一致,为宫内窘迫.患儿均出现神经症状,结合病史及CT表现临床可早期做出诊断,以赢得早期治疗.

CT analysis and clinical pathology of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy in neonates in high altitude region

Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and clinical characteristics of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in neonates in high altitude region.Methods Retrospective analysis was made of skull CT manifestations and clinical pathology in 598 neonates in and near Xining, in the past 7 years.Results HIE was induced in neonates in high altitude region when they suffered from cold or mild asphyxia with ensuing decompensation.The main pathological phenomena were cerebral edema,necrosis of brain tissue and hemorrhage.Conclusions The main cause of HIE is fetal distress. The sick babies all have neurologic symptoms.Based on medical history and CT manifestations,early diagnosis of HIE can be made.
