结肠康泰对结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜EGFR及PCNA表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察结肠康泰对结肠炎大鼠结肠黏膜EGFR及PCNA表达的影响,从结肠黏膜修复角度探讨结肠康泰的药效机制。方法:雌性SD大鼠60只,随机分为4组,分别为正常对照、模型、柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)及结肠康泰组,以5%2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBs)诱导大鼠形成结肠炎症,免疫组化法观察EGFR及PCNA的表达。结果:结肠康泰组大鼠结肠黏膜EGFR及PCNA高表达,与模型组比较有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:上调EGFR表达及细胞增殖水平是结肠康泰修复结肠黏膜损伤的愈合机制之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of Jiechang Kangtai (JCKT) recipe on expression of EGFR and PCNA of colonic mucosa in colitis rats and explore the pharmacological mechanisms of recovery of colonic mucosa wound by JCKT recipe. Methods 60 female SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, namely normal control, pathological, solfasalazine (SASP) and JCKT groups. Experimental colitis model in rats were induced by Trinitrobenzene sulphonic acid (TNBs). The expression of EGFR and PCNA were observed by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of EGFR and PCNA in JCKT group were higher than those in pathological group (P < 0.05). Conclusion EGFR positive expression increased as well as cell proliferation,which may be one of mechanisms of recovery of colonic mucosa wound by JCKT recipe.
