摘    要:目的探索自然灾害对口岸传染病流行规律和传播风险的影响,提出针对性的防控措施。方法通过分析常见自然灾害对传染病流行的影响,以及给口岸带来的传播风险,提出检验检疫部门应采取的针对性防控措施。结果检验检疫部门应建立和完善国境口岸传染病监测体系,建设预警机制,强化专业人才培养,不断跟踪检疫新技术发展,以适应复杂的疫情形势。结论完善的综合防控体系有助于口岸应对自然灾害中传染病的威胁。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of natural disasters on the epidemics of infectious diseases and the risk for the transmission at ports,and to put forward the specific prevention and control measures.Methods The influence of common natural disasters on epidemics of infectious disease and on the spreading risk for the frontier was analyzed,and the targeted prevention and control measures for the inspection and quarantine department was provided.Results The inspection and quarantine department should establish and perfect the frontier port infectious disease monitoring system,construct the early-warning mechanism,strengthen the professionally personal training, track the quarantine new technology development so as to adapt to the complex epidemic situation.Conclusion Perfectly comprehensive prevention and control system helps the frontier effectively deal with infectious disease threats after natural disasters.
