规范化管理在病房储备药品管理中的应用

目的探讨规范化管理在病房储备药品管理中的应用效果。方法设立病区药品安全专管员及科室药物专管小组,将病房存放的药品按批号及生产日期或药品失效日期装在透明分装袋中,并有序分类放置于药品储存柜,贴上注明药名、剂量、有效期∕取药时间标识的条码标签。比较规范化管理前后护士检查药品所需时间及药品管理缺陷发生率。结果规范化管理后药品管理缺陷总发生率为15.00%低于规范化管理前的65.00%;规范化管理后护士检查药品平均时间为(5.03±5.00)min,低于规范化管理前的(89.31±5.28)min,管理前后比较,均P﹤0.001,差异具有统计学意义。结论对病房储备药品实施规范化管理不仅提高护士工作效率,且降低药品管理缺陷的发生率,进而减少药品使用的安全隐患。

Application of standardized management in the management of stored medicine in the wards

Objective To study the effect of standardized management on the management of stored medicine in the wards.Methods A panel were appointed to take charge of stored medicine in the wards by packing the stored medicine into the closets according to batch number,producing date or expiry date and labeling them with name,dosage,expiry date and time for claiming.The time for nurses to check the medicine and the incurrence of flaws in medicine management before the standardized management were compared to those after performing the standardized management.Results The total incurrence（15.00%）of flaws in medicine management before the standardized management was significantly lower than that（65.00%）before the standardized management.After performance of standardized management,the average time for nurses to check the medicine were（5.03±5.00）minutes,significantly lower than that of（89.31±5.28）minutes before the standardized management（P0.001）.Conclusion The standardized management over the stored medicine in the departments may enhance the work efficiency,lower the incurrence of defects in medicine management and ultimately and therefore it can lower the risk in medical uses.
