早期营养支持在先天性心脏病婴幼儿术后的应用

目的探讨早期营养支持在先天性心脏病婴幼儿术后的应用效果。方法将112例先天性心脏病婴幼儿分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例。观察组婴幼儿于术后48h开始肠内营养支持,对照组婴幼儿常规于气管插管拔除6h以后开始进食或鼻饲流质饮食,两组重症婴幼儿均于术后第3d采用肠外营养。比较两组婴幼儿呼吸机辅助时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及出院前营养状况的差异。结果观察组婴幼儿呼吸机辅助时间、平均住院时间较对照组短,并发症发生率低于对照组,出院前营养状况优于对照组婴幼儿,两组比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论早期营养支持能改善婴幼儿复杂先天性心脏病术后的营养状况,减少并发症的发生,促进婴幼儿康复。

Effect of early nutritional support on CHD infants after surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of early nutritional support on postoperative infants with congenital heart disease（CHD）.Methods 112 CHD infants were divided into the treatment group and control group in equal number.In the former group,the infants received nutritional support 48 hours after surgery,while those in the control group did 6 hours after tracheal extubation.All of them in the groups received parenteral alimentation.The two groups were compared in time for respirator aiding,average hospitalization,incidence of complications and predischarge nutritional conditions.Results The time for respirator aiding and the average hospitalization in the treatment group was shorter,the incidence of complications was lower and the pre-discharge nutritional conditions were better,compared to the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion Early nutritional support may better the nutritional conditions of the CHK infants,reduce the incidence of complications and promote their postoperative rehabilitation.
