南通口岸国际航行船舶医学媒介生物传入风险的影响因素分析

目的探索国际航行船舶外来医学媒介生物传入风险的影响因素。方法采用非匹配的病例对照研究方法,对2010-2011两年内南通口岸的1187艘国际航行船舶截获的医学媒介生物情况进行调查,以医学媒介生物超标的船舶作为阳性组,未超标的为阴性对照组,进行logistic回归分析筛选出与医学媒介生物检出超标相关的风险因素。结果夏季到达的风险高于冬季(OR=11.413);曾检出医学媒介生物超标的船舶风险很高(OR=5.358);发航港来自欧美地区的船舶风险较低(OR=0.144,P<0.05)。多数船员是泰国和伊朗、孟加拉的风险较高,分别是中国船员的4.076和18.122倍。结论季节、曾检出医学媒介生物超标、发航港情况、多数船员国籍、载货种类有明显的风险指示价值,船龄、总吨位、免控证书等指标有一定的参考价值。

Analysis on risk factors of carrying medical vectors on entry international ships at Nantong port

Objective To investigate the major risk factors of medical vectors on entry international navigation ships at Nantong port.Methods Case-control study was used in the data collection from Jan.2010 to Dec.2011.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression were performed to indentify risk factors.Results Multivariate analysis indicated arrival time（OR_（sum vs.win） = 11.413）,positive record（OR = 5.538）,port of origin（OR_（west） = 0.144）,nationality of most crew（OR_（thai）= 4.076, OR_（iran bad）= 18.122） were independent influence factors of carrying medical vectors.Conclusion Through influence factor analysis,the arrival time,positive record,port of origin,nationality of most crew,cargo types have obvious risk indication value,and ship s age,tonnage,sanitation control exemption certificate have some indication value.
