性传播疾病患者单纯疱疹病毒2型检测结果分析

目的了解性传播疾病(sexually transmitted disease,STD)患者单纯疱疹病毒2型(herpes simples virus type 2,HSV-2)的感染情况,为STD的临床诊治提供依据。方法 2010年1月—2011年12月选择临床确诊的STD患者486例作为观察组,随机选择同期门诊就诊的非STD患者118例为对照组,分别采集血液标本,分离血清,ELISA法检测HSV-2 IgG抗体。结果观察组HSV-2 IgG抗体阳性率40.95%(199/486),对照组16.10%(19/118),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不同性别SHV-2阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患生殖器疱疹、尖锐湿疣、梅毒、念珠菌性龟头炎、阴道炎等的患者HSV-2感染率高,应将HSV-2感染检测纳入实验室常规项目,同时加强STD患者的健康教育,倡导安全性行为。

Analysis on the detection of herpes simplex virus type 2 in STD Patients

Objective To understand herpes simplex virus type 2（ HSV-2 ）infection among STD（sexually transmitted disease） pa- tients, so as to provide a clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of STDs.nethods 486 STD patients were randomly se- lected＇ as observation group frum January 2010 to December 2011, 118 outpatients who had no STD over the same time were randomly selected as control group. In both groups blood samples were collected, serum was separated and detected for HSV-2 IgG antibodies by ELISA.Resuits The positive rate of HSV-2 antibody was 40.95%（199/486） in the observation group,and 16.10% in the control group（19/ll8）,and significant difference was found between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion STD pa- tients who have genital herpes, syphilis,condyloma acuminatum,candida balanitis or vaginitis have an higher infection rate of HSV-2. Therefore, it is recommended that HSV-2 detection should be covered by routine laboratory testing,health education on STD should be strengthened and safe sexual behaviours advocated at the same time.
