重度妊高征并发血小板减少与母婴预后的临床分析

目的　探讨重度妊高征并发血小板减少对母婴预后的影响。方法　采用回顾性分析方法对 1998～2 0 0 3年在我院住院的重度妊高征并发血小板减少患者 76例的临床资料进行分析 ,同时选择同期住院血小板正常的重度妊高征患者 89例作对照比较。结果　重度妊高征并发血小板减少组其围产儿预后不良的发生率为 46.0 5 % ,孕产妇并发症的发率为 3 6.84% ,均明显高于血小板正常的重度妊高征患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　重度妊高征并发血小板减少明显增加母婴并发症的可能性 ,常规血小板计数是临床上监测妊高征病情的一种简易客观指标。

Clinical analysis of the lower PLT counts in sever PIH and maternal- fetal outcome

Objective To explore the effects of the lower PLT counts in sever PIH on maternal-fetal outcome.Methods The clinical date of 76 case with lower PLT counts in sever PIH in our hospital during January 1998 to December 2003 were analyzed retrospetctively and compared with those of 89 cases of the nomal PLT counts in sever PIH.Results The incidence of unfavorable perinatal prognosis in the group of the lower PLT counts was 46.05%, maternal complication 36.84%, they were significantly higher than that in the group of nomal PLT counts(P<0.05).Conclusion To the sever PIH, the lower PLT counts increases significantly the possibility of maternal-fetal complications PLT counts can be used as for a paremeter monistoring the severity of PIH.
