| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术（URSL）治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法回顾性分析176例输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管患者的临床资料。结果输尿管下段结石取石成功率为98.4%（120/122）;中段成功率为86.8%（33/38）;上段为75.0%（12/16）,手术失败11例。发生严重手术并发症4例,发生率2.3%（4/176）,其中穿孔2例、假道2例。8例术后体外冲击波碎石术治疗成功,2个月内结石均排净。结论只要熟练掌握技术,该方法安全有效,损伤小,对输尿管中、下段结石可作为首选治疗措施。
