| 摘 要： | 目的:总结单孔法腹腔镜腹股沟疝疝囊高位结扎术的手术方法、疗效及优缺点。方法:74例腹股沟疝婴幼儿行单孔法腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术,其中单侧斜疝68例,双侧斜疝6例。结果:74例手术均获成功,平均手术时间单侧疝15min,双侧疝25min,术后平均15d出院,无并发症和复发病例。结论:腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术简单易行、安全有效,单孔法更加微创,但须掌握正确的操作方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method,effectiveness,advantages and shocrtcomings of high ligation of hernial sac of inguinal hernia by single hole laparoscopic surgery.Methods:High ligation of hernial sac was performed by laparoscopy in 74 infantile patients.There were 68 unilateral indirct inguinal hernia,6 bilateral indirct inguinal hernia.Results:All cases were operated successfully.The mean operation time was 15 minutes in unilateral hernia and 25 minutes in bilateral hernia.The average length of postoperated s... |
