彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的临床实用价值

摘    要:目的:评价彩色多普勒超声诊断胎儿泌尿系统畸形的作用。方法:对5028例孕妇进行彩色多普勒常规检查,并随诊观察。结果:通过彩色多普勒超声共检出14例胎儿泌尿系统畸形,根据图像特征作出各类畸形的诊断。经分娩后超声诊断,手术或引产的尸体确诊。结论:彩色多普勒超声使胎儿泌尿系统畸形在产前即可作出诊断。通过彩超清晰分辨肾脏实质和肾脏集合系统及对肾动脉的追踪显示和定位有助泌尿系统畸形的鉴别诊断。较早地筛查出畸形胎儿,为临床及早采取措施提供较可靠的依据。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the function of Color Dopple ultrasoung diagnosis of fetal malformation of the urinary system.Methods:5 028 cases of pregnant women were conducted through the conventional color Doppler ultrasound examination,observation and follow-up.Results:A total of 14 cases of fetal malformation of the urinary system were detected through color Doppler ultrasound,according to the characteristics of the image to make the diagnosis of various types of deformities.After the birth by ultrasound diagnosis,surgery or induced labor of the autopsy confirmed.Conclusions:The color Doppler ultrasound fetal malformation of the urinary system in the prenatal diagnosis can be made.Color ultrasonic knowing the difference between real terms in the kidney and renal collection system and the tracking and positioning the renal artery showed will help the urinary system malformations in the differential diagnosis.Early screening for fetal malformation provide a more reliable basis for the clinical measures to be taken as soon as possible.
