| 摘 要： | 目的：制定胃舒宁颗粒的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对该制剂中的甘草、白芍及延胡索进行鉴别；并测定该制剂的紫外及红外光谱。结果：薄层色谱中斑点清晰，光谱特征明显，易于识别。结论：方法简便、准确、重现性好、专属性强，可作为胃舒宁颗粒的质量控制标准。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a quality control standard for Weishuning Granule. Methods: The Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Corydalis in Weishuning Granule were identified by TLC. The preparation was determined by UV and IR. Results: The spots in the TLC and characteristics of UV and IR spectrum were clear and distinguishable. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible and exclusive, and may serve as the quality control standard for Weishuning Granule. |
