胃舒宁颗粒的质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:制定胃舒宁颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对该制剂中的甘草、白芍及延胡索进行鉴别;并测定该制剂的紫外及红外光谱。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,光谱特征明显,易于识别。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好、专属性强,可作为胃舒宁颗粒的质量控制标准。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a quality control standard for Weishuning Granule. Methods: The Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Rhizoma Corydalis in Weishuning Granule were identified by TLC. The preparation was determined by UV and IR. Results: The spots in the TLC and characteristics of UV and IR spectrum were clear and distinguishable. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and highly reproducible and exclusive, and may serve as the quality control standard for Weishuning Granule.
