羊栖菜对UUO大鼠肾间质纤维化的影响

摘    要:目的:观察羊栖菜对单侧输尿管梗阻(UUO)大鼠肾脏病变的影响。方法:建立UUO大鼠模型,用羊栖菜治疗3周,观察大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮、肾重、相对肾重,同时作病理学检查,并计算肾间质相对容量(Vv)。结果:UUO大鼠出现肾功能损害,病理显示出现明显的肾小管间质纤维化,羊栖菜治疗对肾功能减退有轻度抑制作用,能减少肾间质相对容量。结论:羊栖菜可能具有一定的抗肾间质纤维化作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamic action of Sargassum fusiforme (Harv.)Setchell on the renal interstitial fibrosis caused by unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). Methods: The rats underwent UUO and sham-operation and then were allocated to Sham-opreated group, UUO-untreated group, UUO-low-dose-treat group, UUO-middle-dose-treat group, and UUO-high-dose-treated group. The treated group was administered with Sargassum fusiforme (Harv.)Setchell in corresponding dose. After 3 weeks' treatment, the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, kidney weight and relative kidney weight were measured. Renal pathological features were observed, and the relative volume of renal interstitiaum (Vv) was also measured. Results: Renal function damage was found in the UUO rats, and renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis was formed on the obstructed kidneys. Among the treated rats, the damage was more slightly. Conclusion: Sargassum fusiforme (Harv.)Setchell can ameliorate the renal interstitial fibrosis caused by unilateral ureteral obstruction
